OAACC was established in 2003. We are a private non-profit organization whose mission is to advance economic opportunity and strengthen Oakland’s Black business community. The Chairwoman of the OAACC is Shonda Scott.

We provide several services for our business associates and members including access to workshops, business development opportunities and advocacy. Members may also take advantage of business advising, notary and certificate of origin services.
